Pete is the chef/owner of Urskills, and founded the company in 2018 with the intention of spreading the knowledge of cooking fundamentals to any and all interested home-cooks, or culinary students. He has held every title, from head chef to dishwasher, at various points in his career, and prizes organization and cleanliness when it comes to cooking at home. Favorite chefs are Jacques Pepín and Francis Mallmann.
