Learn how to butcher deer, first-hand with a chef/butcher, or simply let the chef do the butchery for you in your home, garage or yard. The service includes vacuum sealed Steaks and Roasts, and spare meat will be ground, turned to sausage or prepared for summer sausage and sealed.
Additional options at no extra cost: how to cook venison cuts, skinning the deer, cook and prepare organs and offal meat, bleach bones/skulls for decoration, make tallow/candles from rendered deer fat.
*For this service you must provide the deer with an appropriate state-issued tag, and having a lot of freezer space is strongly suggested, considering there will be lots of meat afterward.
